Privacy Policy

We collect information you choose to give us, including:

• Contact details — name, phone number, email address, and property address.
• Project details — the service you need, property type, roof details, and any message you send us.
• Communication preferences — whether or not you have opted in to receive text messages.
• Usage information — standard technical data such as pages visited and general location, collected automatically by our hosting and analytics providers.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your request and prepare estimates for the work you ask about.
• Schedule inspections, appointments, and crews.
• Provide project updates related to your property and service.
• Support insurance claim documentation when you ask us to assist with a claim.
• Send customer communications you have requested or consented to receive.
• Improve our website, services, and customer experience.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, advertising, or lead-generation purposes.

How phone numbers are collected. We collect your phone number when you enter it into a contact form, a request-a-free-estimate form, our Free Instant Quote flow, or our quick-contact widget. Your phone number is only used to respond to the request you submitted.

How mobile numbers are used. Mobile numbers may be used for the estimates you requested, appointments, scheduling, project updates, and other communications relevant to your service with Icon Roofing and Construction.

Consent is separate and optional. Submitting a form or providing a phone number does not by itself enroll you in text messaging. SMS messages are only sent when the customer has provided the appropriate consent by checking our SMS consent box. That box is never pre-selected and is never required to submit a form or receive a quote. We record each customer's consent choice separately from their other form information.

Opting out and help. Customers can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Customers can reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business — for example our website hosting, form-delivery, email, and scheduling providers — and only to the extent needed to perform those services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We keep lead and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, warranty, and insurance obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

• You may ask us to update or delete your contact information by contacting us.
• You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• You may opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us.

Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated.
